Help!!!

Does anyone one in the north norfolk area have the oil filter removal tool.

I went to do the oil change on 08ctr today and found both the sump plug and filter grollied on!! The sump plug came of with some brute force but after trying both the old screw driver method and a strap wrench the filter refused to move!

Looks like its been put on with a strap wrench and massively over torqued, not happy.

Anyways with a hole in the filter and no oil in the sump i now cant move my car so if anyone can help i will be very gratefull, if not i will be ordering the tool and cycling every where for a few days

I changed the oil on my CTR today, and I also could not remove the filter.
After various attempts, I removed the driveshaft cover (3 bolts), then I could get my stilsons/pipe wrench around the filter and undid it.
