Replacing gear gaiter

I have bought a leather gear gaiter to replace a worn vinyl OEM one. Is this an easy thing to replace? I recall seeing a how to on this but I can't find it, only one for a normal Civic.

That's the same one I got. It looks amazing fitted! Better than OEM IMO.
