You may even get it before you go on Holiday ! My dealer phoned up about 2 weeks before the due date and said it had just been delivered, did I want to pick it up ? Hope you have a garage if it arrives even earlier.

Crikey I never really thought about that

Can you imagine - you collect your new arrival (here I go again) and then the next day after having a quick blast you have to leave it for 2 weeks

I think that would be worse

Plan 2 - If the dealer phones to say the car is ready a couple of days before I go - I'll ask them to keep it till I get back

This is becoming mental torture!!!

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. I've been through the whole thing that the dealer told me at the start of September that my date had been brought forward to the 15th of October then a week later it was moved back to the original date. Then they brought it forward again to the 15th, but thats tomorrow and as no wheels are avalible its not going to be there.

I'm guessing that you've not ordered any extras?

That's exactly what's happened to me! My car is going to be here a few days before I go away. The dealers are keeping mine for me until I get back.

I'm only going for a week though so I won't have to wait as long as you

Only the 19" wheels - I have bought everything else off of Holdcroft Honda and will spend a day fitting them myself

YIPPEE I got my car todayDone 80miles in it already!
They 'forgot' to install the parking sensors.
It only came with one key,the spare is still to be found.
2 stone chips on the bonnet when i picked it up.
My birthday tomorrow and I HAVE THE DAY OFFI wonder what i'll be doing!!

Glad you've got your car, but hello! They forgot to fit the parking sensors? How on earth? And it had 2 stone chips!

If it was me I wouldn't of accepted it, but maybe your becoming complacent in your old age lol
