two weeks

had my car for two weeks now, done 400 miles , so brief first review.
complaints---- the key is a JOKE----- thats all.

I honestly dont see what peoples gripe with the key is?

It opens and starts my car? Not sure what anyone else would need?

I always thought a key was a key or unlocking things and starting things so
I wonder whether I`m missing something here cos I`ve never seen a joke key

I'd sooner have the "joke" Honda key than the fancy VW flip key which starterd the Golf where:

electrics failed
driver window dropped out TWICE
rear wash wipe leak triggered alarm, even at our wedding
£18500 of disappointment

That's why I have no key gripes!

If your only complaint is the key, you must be very happy with your car.

It should be able to be folded like on VAG cars

If it did it would`nt fit on the keyring with my other keys. Oh dear is`nt life difficult.

Thats one gripe i ahd when i test drove the civic was the key (al a 80s!). Another gripe was no rear wiper and poor rear visibility. But all this can be overlooked as its such a good car overall! All these things are minor.

If you look at the flip key thread, one of the guys in here is getting a prototype made of a flip key so you might just have one after all

I just feel that a car that is so high tech should not have a key from a 1980s morris marina.
