no you wont see your money again if you dont DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!!!!
Go in complain refuse to leave they will refund you!!!!

I recently had a subscription service that i signed up for only one month (at £30) automatically renew! I emailed the company no response (saying cancel and reimburse) then cancelled new payments on paypal sent paypal request to investigate 6 hours later my money back and account cancelled with them (which you have to call to do but paypal sorted it for me).

Motto ^^^^^ my friend had same issue didnt do anything he wrote the £30 off whereas i spent 5 minutes complaining and got my money imagine if honda do that to 1000 people a year! thats 80,000 per branch in labour (£)

Do something about it mate!

i already called them yesterday and complained, got a stupid explanation that two people were working on the car. So i gathered some info concerning the fifth service and called them again asking to speak to the manager but was told he was unavailable and they didnt know when he was going to be. So i asked his email, so i sent a mail explaining everything as clear as possible in a polite matter.
I'm now gonna give them a week for an answer and depending on their answer i might take other actions but i'm definately trying to get my 50 EURO back.

A/C issue

Seems they have really done a good job this service .
Driving to work this morning i became aware of an enormous blowing noise, almost as if a tyre that just kept loosing air. Parked up at work and got down searching. I found a piece of plastic loose in my passengers footwell with what seems to be a filter which is hanging out. I suppose it is a filter relatad to the A/C and that also instantly explains why the inside of my windows became so dirty after the service. I'm gonna try and get to them today as i need the car tonight to be in order.
I can also inquire then about the mail i sent but still havent heard from.

Just back from the garage, after some debatting and checking things, they acknowledged they were wrong concerning the charged working hours so they have refunded €54,21, fixed the pollen filter and also removed some plastic thingy from the airco that was coming out of my air vents when the a/c was blowing hard.
They have also apologised from the horrible communications and providing wrong information (two people working on the car so doucle the working hours).
I guess i should be happy but it doesnt feel so.
