Brakes Brake judder

My civic is almost 2 years old but has very low mileage. Just recently when I appliy the brakes I can feel a very slight judder though the brake pedal, even with light pressure on the pedal. Has anybody got any idea what may be causing this.

It is like the ABS jumping in?

If not it could be a damaged (cracked) disc or something on one of the pads.

could be brake disc wear, how many miles has the car done?

If you don't drive very often, it could be rusｔ or pad material stuck on the disc.
