Squeeling Caliper

howdy peeps,

I've just got my car back from the garage after having a rear caliper replaced after it had seized (and all brake pads and 2 front tyres - quite a pricey trip :<)

It's a 55 plate and only done 28,000 miles. There's something in my head telling me that it shouldn't be doing this so soon, and I was just wondering if it was a known issue with our beloved civics?
