Tyre Pressure Anyone running 215/45 r17s (Yokahama Cdrive)

Guys,

Looking for some help determining correect pressures (laden and unladen) on my wife's 2007 EX 1.8i Civic - running 215/45 r17 rubber. Honda dealer is fobbing us off with 30/30 psi statement, has anyone got these size tyres on their car and, if so what is the recommended pressure.

The Civic guides are no good as the manual calls for a 225/45 r17 tyre for this model.

You shouldn't do much wrong sticking to 30/30 psi.

Is 225 45 r17 normal rims that follows the car?

So, 225 40 r18 would be the correct speccs for 18 alloys?
