Difficult to see from the photo but it appears that the centre bush from the shock absorber is missing, which would allow the shock to move from side to side. Correct?

Any prizes for a correct answer?

Actually a shocker can`t bottom out, I take it you mean the suspension has.
ie, broken coil spring ...?

A shocker takes zero weight of the vehicle mass.

Let´s start at the other end - what symptoms are you seeing?

I presume it is a original Honda item originally manufactured by Sachs. Honda would hardly make there own shocks.

See this post:

No, the "originals" are from Sachs, Honda as everybody else practices outsourcing - "let others make it cheaper for you" (so you can have a recall or two)

Thanks for the answers.
I don't speak english very well so I hope to explain my problem in the correct way.

During the night I park my car in my box.
The morning at the first change of slope of my private street I hear a metallic stock from the rear center of the car.
It happens only one way during all the day.

Another noise I hear is every time I take a hole or a sinking of the street with the rear right wheel.

I've an answer... What's the rusted thing in the right of the photo?

I hope I've explain my problem in a clear way. If you don't understand, ask me.

If it is indeed a loose nut, take the photo with said nut into the dealer.
You may be given a freebie for the hassle.
But may be it was their idea of a freebie.

Couldn't it be in perspective?
In other word... It seems to be under the coil spring, but it's somewhere behind?
What's the rusted thing on the right of the photo?

think the part you are talking about is the stub.no paint or protection on it so tends to look a bit grubby/rusty quite quickly.nothing to worry about though.

Well, I have to know a bit about perspectives and I fancy that nut is caught in the spring.

The nut may well be behind the spring. Looks like a trip to the dealer.
