Rust on Wheel Hub.

Hi Guys..I was changing the centre caps on the wheels today and when I took the front drivers side wheel off I noticed this rust behind it on the hub,(other 3 are ok), has anyone else noticed this and would it be something to be concerned about.. Cheers.

Thanks robbo...Strange its only that one, you would think it would be the passenger side wheel would get the most water in there ..Still as long as its (NORMAL )
