Tyre Other Dave Sheldon Performance Tyres, Manchester

Unfortunately, the puncture fairy has visited one of my tyres

I went over to National Tyres and Autocare earlier and was told that the £16 puncture repair wouldn't work- after the fastest visual inspection I've ever seen (hmm) - thus making me not really trust this gentleman's judgement.

He said they could sell me a random 225/40/R18/Y for £171 with fitting - which isn't going to happen He also couldn't get the type of tyre I was after instead, Yokohama Parada Spec 2's.. or Bridgestone Potenza RE050's..



A friend of mine has recommended Dave Sheldon Performance Tyres in Manchester, has anyone had any dealings with these guys? Or do you know any other reputable places in Manchester to have a tyre repaired?

All and any help is appreciated!

yes bucketp, when i used them i could not fault them on service or price to be honest.

A guy I work with bought four new tyres from Black Circles and had them fitted locally. He saved a fortune. Great service.

Not £171

I've found a place that will do them for £108.32 a tyre, with £6 fitting for 4.

Black Circles offices are just down the road from me, company is run by this young guy, hes won loads of industry awards for the company. Simple idea and he is making a mint from it. Started off supplying odd sizes for prestige cars like Rolls Royce, Ferrari etc, then went on from there.

I've ordered from them and the service is always great with fast delivery to. Of course you then need to get them fitted, but thats easy enough to nip into almost any tyre & exhaust centre.

Thought you'd like the price of them on that site.
I've used them about 3 times now for tyres and their great. Nice selection, cheap and fast delivery to. Which is handy when you realise your tyres are more worn than you thought they were a few days before its MOT
