They might.

All depends on the dimensions.

First of all PCD must be 114.3.

Original offset is +55 on Civic wheels, this can be allowed to vary a bit.

No, there a a few factors involved, obvioulsly like the number of stds (5) and the spacing of them. You also get off-sets and such. you need to do a little homwork first!

See if you can find out the dimension details.
Often these can be found on the wheel it self.

Which Subaru is it?
I think most (all?) have 5 x 100 in PCD and wheels and these will not fit.
