You can also buy them from Rays (who's wheel you have pictured), but they are quite expensive.

You can also, just find valve stem covers, with matching caps. I don't know if you'd call that "ricey" or not. Do you guys even use the term ricer?

I know Ricer must refer to the Jap's - but over here we would call that chav-fied!! Chav being someone who looks like this. The Burberry Cap is a Must for a chav!Click the image to open in full size.

Ricer doesn't really have anything to do with the Japanese, although it's application is usally found on an import car, it can also be seen on lots of domestic cars.

You know the type: Big, functionless body kit (usually chipped up paint all over it, or just primered), stick on vents, too many stickers, twin exhaust, but only one is functional, huge spoiler on the back, sponsorship decals for parts they don't have. You get the point. Here are some examples:

Havn't you seen all the licence plates are US We have some bad ones, like the BMW where you can't open the boot for the huge rear spoiler
