Sounds a great idea.

Worried about the resale tho'.

Then I wouldn't see out of the mirrors as well as rear screen!

Banzai magazine featured a set made specifically for the 2.2. I'll find out what make they were.

EDIT: Just noticed you have a 1.4. Never mind.

EDIT2: Apex do them for all engine sizes. http://www.apexsuspension.com/artike...ex_normaal.pdf See page 7.

http://www.modifydirect.co.uk/acatal...INGS_1926.html
£115 - but doesn't say how much they lower by.
but available for 1.4, 1.8 & 2.2

Apex from the same site (but not listed as available for us) are £300

Usually the rear springs are the same for all models/engines. Its the fronts that tend to differ due to the weight of the engine. Not that you would only change the rears then again......

Just had mine back after having all 4 struts replaced - transformed the handling but I would still like to stiffen the front anti roll bar a little - don't believe there is one on the rear due to the axle beam so i might be looking for a stiffer set of springs at the rear to balance the car.

Or should I just put a full set of stiffer and lowered springs all around? (the front anti-roll looks a pig to replace).
