No.
My 52 reg Civic had 4 fixing bolts for the wheel, my new Civic has 5 bolts.

Hi Boyjammer,
The wheels on the old civic are only four studs, the new civic are five, so will not fit.

A little sidenote here.

My car comes with a free 3-year European road-assistance by Honda. So if I get a puncture and I am to dumb (or lazy) to get the supplied repair-kit working, I just call them and they send over somone to fix it.

Doesn't that basically do away with the need for a spare-wheel ?
Or doesn't every new Honda come with this 3 year assistance ?

The problem with calling out Honda Assistance [the AA here in the UK] for a tyre problem is if the tyre had been rendered un-repairable by the kit in the boot. This was discussed on this site some weeks ago. It would then require the vehicle and occupants being transported to a tyre depot for a new tyre. A bit time consuming if it happens at midnight at the weekend. In saying all that, I havent got a spare wheel...

Hmmm I see your point

Don't the AA guys (ANWB here in NL) have a small-spare wheel with them always ? (one with 4 and 5 holes). That's what I'd do.
At least to get you to the next service station or place where you don't get run over by a truck.

Some of the old shape Civic did have 5 stud wheels though, so if it has 5 holes it will fit. It may not be the correct tyre size though, so be careful.
