Alloys Choice Stock 18's color change?

Hi Guys,

I have been thinking about changing my alloys for some while now, I always liked the look of the Rages but was concerned about the ride quality on the 19's.

I came across a thread on here the other month where the stock 18's had been refurbished with a diamond cut face finish. Since then I have been pondering the idea of doing the inserts for these in DSB.

I have been busy with Photoshop and mocked up what it could look like.

I would welcome your opinions please.

Oh and I do realise I have put a back wheel on the front, it was the only picture I had that even closely matched the original camera angle. Just ignore that bit...

Thanks for the comments guys, I wasn't sure if it was going to be too much blue. I think it will be something different at least, even if it's not to everyone's taste.

Just need to find a company to do it now, used AWR in Bury in the past and they seemed to do a good job. Not sure if they can cope with the diamond cut surface though...

I like that a lot! When personalizing your car you will always find someone who preferred it before but the main thing is you like it! But that does look unique and excellent. Get pics up when its done for real!

I like them mate.

I'd go for it, as you said the 19's would be too crashy but looking at those pics they look mint.

I'd like to do the same to my wheels as I'm sick of cleaning them.

Looks really good, i was thinking a similar thing on my Milano, just fancied a bit more red then the standard black with red rim.

I can't change the car body color to Milano, it looks too metallic. But here's the alloys in red. If I can find a picture to splice it on later I will Mock one up properly for you.

Yeah I think so too on that image, mind you it's not actually Milano (looks more like metallic blood red). So might be better if it was a perfect match.
