FRS settings

did i read some where a general setting for frs for the fn2 or did i dream it? if so can some one link me. fitting my eibach/abp springs and eibach camber bolts in the morning so was hoping to get alignment etc set up in the afternoon to the rough front frs settings until i get over to a main tuner to get the full frs later in the year.
