Alloys Choice Lexus alloys

Hello all

I was wondering if the lexus sc430 alloys would fit our civic as on paper they seem ok at 18x8 et45 and 5x114.3. Wanted the centre white lol

A quick google says 60.1

You would need to get it enlarged

the civic original looks to be 64.1 if I am correct lol can you go above this but not below if im right?

Yeah you can go above and use spigot rings to fill the gap. Any smaller they won't go on unless you took them somewhere to get it done.

the stupit thing about most places that sell alloys they dont tell you the centre bore lol

Before you buy any Lexus alloys have a dig around for corrosion issues.

I had my IS200 alloys changed after only 2 years due to corrosion and I wasn't alone on the Lexus Forum.

It seems the Japanese never tested them in European conditions.

Aftermarket wheels are made to suit whatever car they are going to be fitted to (eg with spigot rings). They don't often do "off the peg" spigot sizes to suit every manufacturer. If that makes any sense.

Off topic, I've been looking at used SC430s lately. I can't believe how cheap used examples are now - a lot of car for the money!

Downside is looks, only its mother could love.
