Note that all Petrol Models and the 2.2 have different part numbers - one does not work with the other (the 2.2 engine is very heavy) ...

mine is the 1.8 petrol....are they hard to sit in after being lowered?

Not in the slightest - OEM springs are 'linear', whereas Eibachs are 'progressive' - so, better response, comfort, ride, handling, and looks - what's not to love ? ...
