since fitting eibach springs

last saturday I had eibach 15mm springs fitted ,since then I have had bad lower back pain ,Im super fit and excercise about 4 times a week and ive never had any trouble with my back in the past the only thing I can put it down to is the springs ? Anyone else had this problem after fitting new springs or eibach ones ?

I've never had problems with my back after Eibach's or my Biltsein's mate.

Are you sure there isn't anything else it might be? Do you think you might have overdone it in the gym one night or pulled something at home?

I was on these for back/sciatica pain last year, man it's hard to chuck them.

Whenever I hear people getting hooked on prescription drugs I said aye right, but after a month on those bad boys your body needs them.

Buy an old mans lumbar cushion for your lower back, helped me.

You may have done it there mate and it's gradually got worse. Possibly the springs haven't helped but I would say that they are not the cause buddy.

hi mate

the chances are very small that the springs have caused the symptoms
it may be worth receiving physio, hot and cold treatment, jaccuzzi help illeviate pain and aid recovery to the muscles.

what may help is slight light activity in order to prevent the muscles becoming tight and reduce blood flow.

hope this helps
and all the best

Ive known two friends who dislocated shoulders in their sleep.
Nice soak in a deep bath every night for a week to take the weight off for an hour.
Might want to leave the strenuous stuff....you use your lower back for everything.
Pasta with melted cheese followed by a pint is wonderful for muscle tear if you have such.

I know what its like i get sciatica, sometimes 'im trotting along minding my own business and someone sneaks up behind me and hits me in the small of my back with a golf club (or thats how it feels)

Main thing with serious back pain however you've got it is keep moving, but do not do large amounts of bending but more so no twisting thats where the strain usually shows up worst (cleaning your car lol you're a nutter)

Like others have said painkillers, heat, jacuzzi and physio (preferably all of them) and a bit of rest should sort you out, if you dont take a bit of time with it now you can do damage that never really goes away and will haunt you for years

Be careful with tramadol if you do get them they really mess you up, you can still feel it you just dont care.... They can also make you feel pretty horrible, diclofenac (voltarol) is a bit more forgiving. When my backs bad though i take 2 diclo 2 tramadol and lie down for a bit until i stop trying to chew the arm off the couch

Sometime the dr gives me a big one off dose of valium to make everything relax thats pretty funky too. All of the above do not drive your civ lol
