New tyres

Hi guys this may have already been mentioned. Brought a set of syron race 1 tyres from tyretraders.com and I'm really pleased with them and tyre traders service. So this is really a recommendation for tyre traders, they are 25% cheaper than anywhere else and they were delivered to my door within a couple of days. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1346510033.937024.jpg

Good to hear some positives about these tyres, saw them mentioned a few times on here and considering them as my current budget elastic bands are just about done!

Review
These tyres are good chaps I can get my foot down around roundabouts without heading towards the curb lol. Very grippy well worth £300 for the set. I had falken fk452's before and they are pants in comparison. Highly recommended.

How????

I have syrons on the rear, i can do 30-40 round a roundabout in the pouring wet. :-/

If they were borderline dangerous in the wet i would be sideways at that speed.

this is my experience with them I am not making it up.

if i go any faster than 25 mph on a roundabout the front end slides.
i have them on the front and the original michelins on the back.

If they are that bad I'd get them off and sell them on here I'm sure someone will buy them. I'm not implying that your lying just bemused by your findings.

Like Coste said could be just down to your car and the sheer weight of the front end of your 2.2

with new tyres on the front there should be more grip there though?

i never lose the back end in the wet its always understeer with the front wheels sliding.

I will just live with them and take it easy when its wet.
