What is the best tyre pressure for a set if 18" 225/40/18 on a civic 2.2 ex ?

I would add an extra 3-4 psi to anything quoted for the petrols on the front

Dont think 18" are listed on the derv door panel.
I will have a nose later.

On my ES they only quote the 205/55/R16 pressures as they are the standard size tyres.
