Storm alloys under a alabaster silver civic?

ola

I'm a new member and plan to order monday an new honda civic Sport 2.2. cdti in Holland

i have 2 questions.

1. does anyone have the silver honda with the storm 17" alloys and are there some pictures available?

2. I got about 500 euro's to spent for audio from the dealer. I know that the standard upgrade kits are to expensive but are they good quality?

Welcome,

Have a look in the Gallery and Wiki and see if you may be able to find storms on silver.

This one is 18" : http://www.civinfo.com/wiki/index.php?title=Image:Storm18.jpg

Spend the €500 on after market audio instead.
The Honda audio is not worth the money.
Many people are not happy with bassworks etc.

Make sure you get the little flag by your user name:

And enjoy the forum and the car when you get it!

You HAVE to spend money at the dealer?

I would say go for another type of option like footwell blue lighting or parking sensors. That is what I did after reading this forum instead of spending the money on ipod kit and speakers like I had originally planned.

I have some money left to do something with. The sport is quite compleet so i thought about a litle better soundsystem. i don't wanna pimp my car with blue lights or whatever. Ive done that in the past. now i'm a familyman who just want to have a good ride.

My 2 old honda's where a civic coupe and a crx delsol (real fun)

Does the sound getting any better by upgrading by Honda dealer

Fully agree!
The original Honda bassworks package is not worth the money!
Go visit a Professional car audio dealer instead, that's my advice!
I guarantee you get much more value for your money!

Yes, but more value for money to get some aftermarket stuff (installed) at your local ICE place.

Well no... I guess I am not understanding this thing with having to spend the money at the dealer.

Are there no other options you want?

I think €500 would only buy you the co-axial front speakers from Honda.

OK.. understand now!

I suppose that also means you will not be interested in going to an aftermarket ICE place...

Well yes, the Honda upgrades make it sound better... but not much judging by what people who have bought it say.

If you order with the car you should pay "upgrade" cost.
