I get quite a few waves as damp roads, inteligent VSA, and CTDi torque make a Civic a very good 'Dartford Tunnel toll booths 4 lanes to 1 lane' car
Audi A4 2.0 Tdi's don't stand a chance (why are there more A4's than any other car onthe M25?) Last edited by alanwalne; 15th January 2008 at 23:08. |

One time when i broke down some random guy in a mini stopped and gave me a hand! I thought it was pretty cool! |

No, and I don't know what's worse - having somebody wave, or NOT...... It only ever happened to me in long-gone cars - an Alfa 2.5 GT, a Lancia Beta Monte Carlo, and an MGA (Aaahh, nostalgia!) |

In all my travels, I have not seen another civinfo.com sticker. Will flash or wave (as only have a lowly SE cannot waggle mirrors) if I see one....

I got fed up with my wife constantly asking is the other Civic waved back when I waved at them, which they didn't, so I gave up.
I now look for a sticker on the back, which I also have never seen! Terry |

One of my colleagues has just gotten a type r and has been told to sign up here on is first night driving he did get a wave from another R driver.
Perhaps the users of civinfo should develop a 'special' wave. I have a terrible imagination so won't come up with something but I'm sure someone out there can oblige. |
