Hello to the Civic Owners in Brittany - if there are any

I have just come back from a week in Brittany and was all set to come on here and say was it you I saw in ..........?
Guess what? From leaving the ferry in Cherbourg, driving down to the St Malo area, spending a week around there and then back to Cherbourg not one new Civic did I spot.
In fact I only saw 2 Hondas all week, an Accord and a previous model Civic, both British. This despite seeing a Honda dealer in St Malo.
We did turn some heads though - got lots admiring looks.
So if you want to be totally exclusive in your driving have a trip to Brittany.

I'm used to spend some extended week end and part of our hollidays in Brittany too (Mainly in Rennes/Dinan/ St Malo areas) because our son do his degree in Rennes. Rennes being the major town in Brittany (with a Honda dealer too) I was expecting to see some of our favourite car...

But none expect an Italian one ...

And as I said always, If you found your car is becoming a little bit too common in the UK, move to France ! Ok it will be difficult for you to found a dealer close your home (80 at the moment to cover the whole territory) but you will be one of the happy few owner of the Civic !

Keep an eye open for Millie.

She should be rushing between the Wine Stores in Calais in early July.

If I see any other Space Ships when I'm over there I'll probably be seeing double anyway!
