Can this be easily sorted?

As above for these photos... I haven't noticed them till today (only had the car three weeks) and its really annoyed me :'( one spot on the bonnet and a couple in the drivers side wing. It is under the lacquer which is making me think the worst.

I would say that's due to poor prep work from the panel being re-painted.

Only way to correct that, is to flatten back and repaint
revels is offline

id also say that its been resprayed and its down to some issues with the respray
thats the only time ive seen that effect before is after recent respray
just noticed original post was fenruary so probably all sorted now
