No, on the website (2009 HONDA CIVIC CONCEPT - AutoSpies Auto News) it says that its a 2009 Civic concept.

How do you know that?

Swindon show how good they are with the CR-V and previous civic models - the not so good build quality on the current car is not all down to the guys and gals of swindon
