I the "key" point here, is style. There's originality to not having one when every other car now has it. Plus, why would they want to give us one less key with which to scratch our mobile phones with.

On the "flip-key" side of the coin, its kinda nice to press that damn flip button and watch the key pop out. Its almost like the first time man discovered the lighter, and most certainly more economic on the environment.
