Tyre inflation warning light

Quick question, does the tyre inflation warning light go off on on its own after the tyres have been checked and inflated correctly or is it something that I need to reset???

If I recall correctly, I had to go into the options on the computer and reset when I had a slow puncture.

Only on 2009+ cars.

Your 06 car does not have a flat tyre warning system.

Does this mean that my 09 CTR GT has it?

If you have it on yours and its on you wont miss it, comes up in 2 places and is very annoying. JBs answer fixed it after reading the manual...

Send a message via MSN to Josh1987
you must read the manual before switching it on as it needs to be calibrated and ran properly so it figures out the rotation of wheels

This is on MY09+ cars only so your 08EX will not have it or any MY08 cars with a 09 registration plate

How does it sense the pressure and feed it back to the dash?

It doesn't. It works via wheel rotation via the traction control gubbins as far as I know.
