Window Seals Look Odd

Hallo,

I've got a 2009 Type S and I've got 2 issues with the door window seals. At the front of the door the lower seal sits flat against the window glass. By the time it reaches the back of the door (above the door handle) the seal is a couple of millimetres away from the window. Is this correct ?

Also, on the drivers side, when the window is raised it pulls the trailing edge window seal out of its groove. Any fix ?
