started the ball rolling

with my paint chips... not acceptable

only done 3k hardly been on the motorway but after a 70 mile round trip to holdcroft on wednesday i have another great big chip to go with many others, some being about 5-6 mil long by 3 mil wide

so got onto the dealer and he said we have no way of testing the paint
so phond hondauk and there looking into it and getting back to me within
48 hours to get it looked at

not holding my breath but i will try and put up a decent fight as its just not acceptable

wish me luck...lol..

Good luck, I hope something good comes of this and you can get this resprayed. I think recently there has been a successful claim for a respray on warranty.

Just dont take it to Lookers Warrington!!

Terrible paintwork

no staying clear of them after i read that thread ( was it yours)
i nearly got my ctr from there when i was looking as i was over in the vw dealers looking at the gti, crossed over to have a look at the ctr.
i walked out of warrington dealer when i asked if they had a milano in stock and how long delivery, guess what the salesman said " we have 3 being deliverd from japan in 3 days"......

Lmao! The sales man that I dealt with was actually very nice.. I think a disgruntled member of staff to be honest! Yeah I only popped into Honda across the road from the other places too.

And yes it was my tale of woe - I ended going to Gordon's Bolton and received much better service!

Please do - my CTR looks to be identical to yours (even in mileage) and I'm just about to complain to Honda UK about the amount of paint chips I'm collecting. I'd be interested to hear how you fare.
