Thumbs down Clutch Pedal noise (Irritating) Suggestions?

Hi everyone,
Relatively new here, thought you awesome people might help me with this clutch pedal sound (Video below). First it happened a couple of months back, mechanic just sprayed some grease and it stopped. Now it is happening again. I tried spraying grease where the spring and stuff are, but not helping

If I posted in the wrong forum, please feel free to let me know.
Civic 2009 Type S. Beautiful car but some stuff really bother me. Could not post the video due to less number of posts, so posting the Youtube link in comments.

Thank you everyone.

Not seen the video but suspect its the common clutch master cylinder squeaking sound.

Only option is to replace the CMC with a new one but no guarantees the noise wont come back.

Thanks for responding @anfield786 - does the video not play? Or not appearing? It should be as a comment above. I would really appreciate some feedback on that.
