My climate control seems to be working ok but Iím wondering if itís supposed to blow full pelt all the time even when itís reached the desidered temperature?

No

The interior temp sensor is behind the slots by the left of the steering column. Looks like a hamburger symbol.

Behind these slots is a pipe that can come adrift if it's been removed and not put back properly, which is easy to do as there is very little room.

Is it in auto mode? If any of the settings has been changed, it drops out of auto and won't change the fan speeds for you.
