Exhaust Heat Shield Removal

My rear exhaust heat shield has come loose again, after a number of attempts to fix it. I have read other threads and I am aware of the pro's and cons of removing it. I have decided to just remove it, question is how.

The fixing closest to the bumper has sheared and is already loose. When I give it a pull it also seems to be held on at two other points. Prob is I dont really have the ability to safely raise the rear to properly see whats going on.

Any help/advice would be great.
