There are a lot of online scrap yards such as 24/7 sapres they may be able to obtain the parts.

A claim doesn't hit you as bad as you think. I had a bump last year, got quotes to go outwith insurance which were huge, had to make a claim. My renewal was less than a hundred quid more than the previous year, despite the claim and me losing no claims discount.

Tbh I'd let the other driver choose where their car is repaired, if you had hit me I would Not be happy with an eBay bumper.

Might be worth joining a Skoda Fabia forum and looking in their for sale sections. Might get lucky?

If the other driver isnt too bothered about time scale, then keep looking. There must be parts out there somewhere. Skoda forums would be a good place to start, tbh you woukd think there would be thousands of skodas in scrapyards.
