3 Door Seating Position

Hi all,

I've tried searching but couldn't find anything but perhaps I wasn't searching the right term.

I've got a Type R FN2 and whenever someone gets in the back, the seat that they moved to get in the back then goes to the furthest away position. As a shortarse (5 ft 4), this is just ridiculous. I can't even reach the clutch!

Am I just being thick and not understanding how to put a seat back?

Jeremy Clarkson had a right laugh about this. The solution to your problem is, where possible, to get people to get in from the passenger side so as not to disturb your seating position.

Well, at least I can walk away knowing I'm not a total fool.
So people are only allowed into the back seats via the passenger side!

Thanks to you both for your help.

I'm 6' 4" so my seat position is important to me, such a faff getting it right in the first place.
Also getting in the passenger side is safer if you are parked at the kerb - don't forget the door is quite a bit longer than the 5 door model.
