CV Joint costs and urgency?

Hi All,

I took my car in to a mechanic for a service today and got them to check out a clicking noise coming from the front passenger side of the car, the noise occurred when turning at low speeds, pulling off after braking, going over bumps in the road.

They reckon the CV Joint is on its way out which sounds about right based on what I've read on this forum.

They quoted 190 for parts and labour to repair it, does this sound reasonable?

Is this something I should get fixed immediately or can it wait for a week or two?
