Problem with radio/clock display

Keep getting this problem on my little screen. 9t'll be completely fine, show up after 30 mind and stay there. Sometimes what happens is that it goes back to normal after a big boom sound from the rear speakers. Maybe something to do with the audio system? Bear in mind that there's some kind of GTO amp in the boot which has really messed up all my speakers but not sure if it would affect this clock display?

Help would be greatly appreciated!
