Bosch S4 021 doesnt fit civic?

Just bought one of these from ECP and the positive terminal just doesnt accept the standard connector with the 100a fuse or the standard battery cage (plastic one). Looks like ill have to return this and buy OEM Furukawa from Honda. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Whats wrong with those terminls? Are they too thin?

In that case, just add an adapter ring to each terminal to fill the gaps between the terminals and the connectors.
I had to do this, too, when I had my OEM battery replaced by the "S4 021" last winter.
Obviously, there is more than just one "S4 021" with different diameters for the terminals.
However, those rings are (hopefully! ) available at your local dealer for car accessories.

Thanks. Thats exactly the problem. Also the black plastic cage thing doesn't seem to fully sit flush with the top of the battery but then again that might just be me overlooking something after being annoyed at myself dropping a socket into the engine bay, resulting in me having to do the below at the roadside to fish it out.
