Can't turn off alarm with the keyfob

Help , 2009 civic type s 2.2 diesel.

I can't unlock the car or lock it with either of my keyfobs, only the key abd I can't stop the alarm going off, it's driving me crazy

strange for both keyfobs not to work as i was gona say its your battery in the key

can you lock and unlock from the door lock ?

Hi,I'm having the same problem today!Alarm deactivated by itself.Now I cannot lock/unlock using fob.I can open door with key but lights keep flashing when running and alarm LED is flashing on dash!Any help please

I had and still have the exact same issue, whereby none of the remotes work. Try this:

Disconnect your car battery and leave it off for about 5 minutes.
When you reconnect it, the alarm will resume sounding.
Wait for it to finish, and then try the remote.

This could be a really silly comment but check the boot is fully shut, then all the doors. If they are, try disconnecting the boot alarm sensor, shutting the boot and alarming again. If that doesn't work check all the door sensors.
