Disconnect/turn off sat nav

I have had an aftermarket double-din receiver installed in my 2.2 EX for sometime now. Obviously this means the standard sat nav screen is redundant but that's not really an issue for me.

However, it used to click off after a few seconds when I didn't agree with the safety warning but since replacing my car battery it now starts up and displays a "select region/language" screen which is always on.

Is there a way to just disconnect the screen? Is it as simple as a fuse? It's not really made clear in the manual. Or should I be looking at something behind the disc drive?

Many thanks,
