Thumbs down Help double din Halfords

So just got a double din stereo fitted to my FN2 at Halfords and have just got it home to realise that it's showing a random date and time on my dash display anyone know why as when I called Halfords they have no idea and I have to wait a week until they can have a look at it. The controls to change date and time were obviously on the old factory head unit now I can't get rid of it off display!! Annoying. Shouldn't have let them near it.
