Wing Mirror (not the folding issue)

When I use the 'joystick' to move my drivers side wing mirror around - everything is fine up goes up, left pulls it in etc etc

When I attempt to do the same on the passenger side - it has a mind of its own.... with rotating downwards being the more biased movement wherever the 'joystick' is pushed

Any ideas - housing has not been hit by anything....

No real ideas other than a potential fault with the mirror actuator unit I'm afraid. Depends how much it bothers you as unfortunately if it turns out that the actuator is knackered then it's an 80 fix.

Thanks for that

doesn't bother me one little bit to be honest, car has had a deposit placed on it with an agreement that the garage i am purchasing from do the necessary

just wondered if it was something common as its been with an auto electrician for the best part of a week now but with little success...

Ah well in that case it's less of a problem for you!

Not heard of anyone on here with the same issue if I'm honest - hopefully gets resolved before too long.
