Seat belt warning noise!

Hello All,

I'm new to your forum. I've had an 07 plate 1800 Civic sport from new for a year now and am very happy with it besides one or two things. The main thing that is driving me insane is the seat belt warning chime. Has anyone manage to disconnect this annoying feature? If so how is it done?

Thanks for your replies in advance.

Wow. I wasn't expecting a reply that quick. Thank you. My good lady uses the car more than I do but when she returns later that chime is a gonner.

Thanks again

Put your seat belt on, that stops it.

Disconnected it yesterday. I'm so glad we don't have to listen to the nanny state car again! Wonderful
