i-vtec indicator

Hello.....

Just one question for you guys...

Got my type r about 5 days ago... After driving nicely the 5 first days, i
gave it some revs today ..........

However, i did not see the i-vtec indicator ?
Is it something that you have to activate some way ?

I live in sweden, but i guess the civics here should have the indicator......

Hi Juff,

It tells you how to switch this feature on in your car handbook. It's pretty straight forward.

Hi COB..

Thank you very much....

I was afraid something was wrong. The only thing you find on google is this:
"There is a new i-VTEC indicator just to the right of the digital speedometer which is illuminated within this rev range" <<=----- thats why
i thought it was a "standard" feature....

Well i guess i have to open my handbook for the first time......

***** again...

google is your friend

searching for "civic vtec light 2007" in UK pages has this thread http://www.civinfo.com/forum/type-r/...y-new-car.html as the 4th hit

Going for 'the web' instead of UK puts us on page 2
