Revs dropping when Aircon on. Normal?

Got my car back from Honda today as was in for a few minor things under warranty. Now that the aircon is working, i noticed when the car is idling (aircon on) the revs will sit at 700 for about 30 seconds then dip below 500 as if about to stall then straight away goes back up to 700. Rinse and repeat.

Turn the aircon off and it doesn't do this and sits nice and steady. Is this normal for the Civic? I know on other cars i've had in the past that the revs sometimes dip slightly when the compressor kicks in but first time i've seen it happening constantly at idle.

Yup I was a bit concerned when I noticed mine doing that... But it is a normal thing to be honest
