cost of a new sat nav monitor

Does any one know what the price of a sat nav monitor would be.
If i could get hold of a Honda sat nav I guess i would have to upgrade my (sport) civic screen.

It is a much bigger project than that to retrofit the original satnav.

It has been done, but is not just changing the screen.

I understand that the head unit will have to change.
Other than a new monitor/screen what else need to be changed?

I would ESTIMATE the following:

1. DVD drive
2. Nav Screen
3. Headunit
4. Display to the left of the nav screen
5. Panel between headunit and screen
6. Steering wheel controls - All the controls on the wheel are connected to one plug so preferably get the complete steering wheel so you can replace all your controls and not add pins/mod the existing plug.
7. Bluetooth Module
8. GPS Module
9. Microphone
10. Map Discs
11. Wiring loom
12. Glovebox parts (for DVD drive)
13. TMC parts

Well that that out of the window then.

Im thinking the new iphone with TomTom, bluetooth maybe a better option, once I find out how to connect it to the car.
