Major issue any advice ?

Hi
So today I was upgrading my stereo
I followed the guides on here
I disconnected the battery
Took out my old stereo and put the new one in plugged it all in bla bla bla
Reconnected the battery turned on the ignition and nothing at all
I have also lost central locking which makes me think it is an anti theft thing has been triggered
Has anybody had anything similar happen ?

bad connection if you have nothing or something obvious around the battery terminals as it seems as still the battery is not connected from what you have said

I have rang Honda today and they are getting back to me tomorrow
The rest of the car works fine lights windows etc.
so it has to be something in that cluster of wires
The weird thing is when I open the door the interior light doesn't come on until I put the key in the ignition

try charging the battery as this is a well known issue for a flat battery and you may be shocked

Just an update
Car is back in working order
Took it to manchester car audio who were brilliant and very professional
The guy who fixed it said on of the connectors in the adaptor had shorted and had blown 2 fuses completely so they replaced the fuses and put the unit in for 60 they had it done in 2 hours
Very impressed and relieved ha !
Cheers for the comments again Rick much appreciated
