Can I fit satnav to car?

maybe a silly question but...Can you fit standard satnav unit to a normal dash. I.e. saw a car for breaking with Honda Satnav can I bu everything and install it in my car?

Had a quick scan myself and it seems that it can and has been done.

It looks like it would be easier and cheaper to get a double din, I think I will go double din
