Exclamation Electric windows stopped working !

Hello all,

The windows used to work but it stopped now. I have checked the wiring inside the door and the thick white wire that goes into the switch module has no power at all. There is no button illumination as well.
Is there any relays for the windows and where are they located?
Changed the fuse for electric windows which was blown but still nothing.
Thanks for your help.

If the fuse was blown has it blown again?

If not then try the windows reset procedure in the Wiki.

Thanks for a quick response. The window buttons doesn't work therefore I'm not able to do a window reset procedure. And no the fuce hasn't blown off again since I have changed it.
I need to know why don't I get a 12v power supply to a white constant wire?

The only other thing I can think of is to check every fuse.

If you have a multimeter it's easy because the fuses have 2 metal dots on the outside so you don't have to take them out to check.
